Hours are very convenient. Although I would like to add that while I was trying to do a simple change to my account, one of the tellers ( Angel) messed up the account that I've had with Citizen's for over 10 years and as a result, I missed payments that were supposed to be made direct deposit. He needs to keep his socializing to a minimum and actually do his job.
