Without blinking an eye and with a smile, patience and thoroughness, Bruno was able to stop payment on the original check and issue a new one. Bruno made an awkward situation very relaxed and professional. Thank you very much. Well done.
Great customer service! Ive been to several other citizens and I must say this one is by far the best one, they have gone above and beyond! I will not go to any other one. I recommend if you have citizens to come to this one.
Very poor customer service. We opened an account here in response to a promotional flyer we received in the mail. After we fulfilled the terms, the bank did not pay out the advertised bonus and presented us with a different set of terms when we asked why. I scheduled an appointment to meet with the manager and she did not show up. Multiple emails were ignored. I scheduled another appointment and the manager was not expecting me when I arrived on time. If you want to go to a bank that doesn’t let you deposit cash in an atm 90% of the time and also doesn’t have enough money to cash a check this is the one for you!
