RecommendedWant to thank Shelley for the card I got today! I have been going to the Mentor Branch since I was about 10 years old! Back when it was First Federal! I have had to go to other Citizens Banks but Mentor is my home branch! I am 49 now!

Although the customer service was excellent, I am happy that I do not bank with them. I came here to cash my work check because the check is from their establishment and my bank takes too long to deposit checks. But because I don't have an account here they charged me $7 to cash the check. I was desperate for my money right now, so I had to pay the fee. Bank okay. Credit card has terrible customer service. Actually, beyond terrible. It is non-existent. If you have a problem with a Citizens Bank credit card, you are pretty much screwed. I have called, sent a letter, emailed multiple times. They have done nothing. In fact, I just got another letter from them asking for the same information i provided by phone, by letter, and by email. They are a complete joke with customer service.
went to cash a check bank teller told me they don't have any money that's inexcusable
i have callef 3 times in the last week and Nothing is being done! get someone that speaks english to help me please! Your reps have screwed my account up. im being charged LATE fees!! on my bills that a due! my credit rating is a stake here! worst cutomer service!
I went there yesterday, ATM took my debit card. They wont help me for six days! I didn't forget it, the ATM took it. Just got paid, bills need paid. Spoke with the branch manager and they are sorry but there is nothing they can do?? How can a bank just hold you debit card for six days?
