Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced with a bank. Closing my accounts.
doesn't anybody answer the phones any more
Zach the branch manager was very unhelpful, unfriendly, unprofessional And straight up just rude! Stated lies numerous times and gave unrealistic responses to inquiries. Was cashing a check from their bank and I have never been treated so poorly in my life from a bank! Totally STAY AWAY if you want to be treated right!!!!!
