I’ve been to this bank 3 xs in one week and today I thought WOW THEY ARE CLOSED AGAIN ON A MONDAY???? Then a teller appeared out of nowhere the place looks like a ghost town :(
The manager there at Kingston Corners is Brian. I had an unusual situation with ACH and he spent plenty of time on this, making 100% sure that everything was hammered out correctly. Very capable and also pleasant. I did see a bad review criticizing the manager, but there must be some mistake. Either there was a previous manager or else the customer accidentally posted their review for the wrong branch.
