Banker was rude and unhelpful, I got a problem on my debit card and she said nothing she can do. I won't recommand this bank to anyone I know. I'll move my money out and close account.

Sandra's Newman has cashed my checks 2 times in a row. Has taken over 15 minutes each time. Then she can't even give me the money back correctly how I asked for it, almost gave me an extra 30 bucks, and had to recount it 5 times. She is slow on the computer and can't count. How the heck is she working in a modern bank? I shouldn't have to stand in front of a clerk for 15 minutes ever, especially when I'm taking an uber to the bank and then get charged extra.
