Excellent bank and services
Not open long during week
Awful, awful bank. They tack on hefty fees for no reason at all or for things they are supposedly protecting you against but aren't. The staff are downright rude and it's impossible to get help when you need it (in person, on the phone or online); they'll be sure to waste as much of your time and make you jump through as many hoops as heavenly possible. Nothing but great experiences with these guys. Opened the account in Colchester years ago, every time I call in with a question they are extremely helpful and always know what they're talking about. I get a phone call once ever six months or so and they invite me in and ask me if everything is going alright and if I need any help. Never got that from my other banks in the past. Thanks Citizens!!!
