Charging fees for statements, when we were never informed....My grandma has had the account since I was a baby and recently put me on it, so even though they don't charge people over the age of 60, they can charge me? Not to mention I haven't been receiving statements because my address has changed and they want a copy of my social to change it and I live in Wisconsin.
