My husband has an account with them, if your needing a debit card or have to replace a debit card seek another bank. This bank is definitely behind on times. We were going to get a home loan through them but have decided else where since they have made every simple request he has had the upt most difficult. They say it takes 7 business days for a new debit card, more like 2-3 weeks. Their bill pay option on their website is also a joke.
