Terrible bank
Our office had an extremely troubling experience with Citizens Bank at the 617 Third Ave branch in New York City. Branch Manager Agnes Kowalewska (NMLS ID #2751751) and her junior associate Kimberly Villa (NMLS ID #2776898) provided us with a folder they represented as containing bank account promotional and informational materials.
