Teller at the Paoli location wouldn’t let me deposit a check because the person who wrote the check wasn’t the person who signed it.I was there for 10 minutes before he decided he needed to ask someone if was ok, I took my undeposited check and left. I went to my usual branch and had no issues. Paoli location needs to train their tellers!
This bank is a scam. The bank advertised a bonus for opening a new savings account and maintaining a qualifying balance for a specified period. However, they later charged an unexpected "statement fee" without any prior notice or explanation. That fee reduced my balance below the required threshold, and they then refused to honor the promised bonus. This bank is a scam, told customer about the promotion but said no code, banker wasn’t able to find the code, kept customer’s money for some time, and then blamed on the customer. So disappointed in it. Never again have any accounts with citizens bank.
