I'm writing this review after 5 failed visits to this Branch. Each visit accomplished nothing. I was not even able to get accurate advice on a banking matter. So I drove to lexington, and got my tasks all completed. At first I thought it was just a bad teller.Then the same experience, the second third and fourth time. There is only one window at this location and even being able to ask a question. It may take fifteen minutes only to be sent away to go.Find your solution elsewhere. My experience here was my first time going to this bank my account had no issue after that my account got completely disrupted
My experience has been overall very good. While I am not a huge fan of only one teller, I have only had to wait more than a few minutes a few times (I do not go at lunch time though). They have not ha enough large bills one time, other than that, good.
This place sucks. Keep your money as far as humanly possible away from these incompetent people.
