I have been going to this bank for about two months to request change in dollars bills. My client is a stroke victim who lives in the area and need exact change for Access-a-Ride. I went in the bank today and requested the change as usual and was asked for my banking card which was never done before. I advised that I did not have a card for this particular bank, but come there all the time for change.
