I had a payment sent from one bank to Citizen’s bank as a payment. The payment was never credited and both Chase and Citizens Bank customer service blamed each other and told me they could not help me. I was extremely frustrated and was going to close my Citizens’ account , but did not want to lose my $3000 missing payment. As a last resort , I called my local office in Laconia and spoke to Jade . I'VE TRIED CALLING SEVERAL TIMES TODAY, WELL WITHIN OPERATION HOURS, AND GOT NO ANSWER. MY ACCOUNT WAS HACKED AND I NEED A NEW CARD.
Tried to have a $10,000 citizens check cashed, and they "can't because it's too much money and they don't have it on hand." WHAT!? since when is $10,000 to much money? Proof that the banking system is an unsustainable house of cards. You guys should be embarrassed.
Easy location to find parking, set up a new account with Jade, it was a great experience:)
