I am stuck with citizenbank mobile banking, trying to pay with zelle on citizen mobile app, it is charging my card but not sending money to another account, receiving email about their "unable to coplete the transaction" story, they give a customer service phone number where AI speakes and asks plenty of questions and at the end saying good bye, no one is available, they come to work tomorow morning.
