They gave away our appointment time (evidently, they don't ask for names), and we received contradictory information multiple times. It took multiple visits to get my wife's name changed despite bringing all the documents we needed.
Saturday hours till 12:00…weekday hours 9-4? Why is this bank’s hours so useless to working people? Useless.
