I paid $35 to have a transaction stop. But they still let the transaction go through and they charge me an overdraft fee of $35 I don't even have an overdraft on my account so that should never be so to me they owe me $70 now they charge me for a service that they never provided and then took another $35 unauthorized. What kind of Bank in sense does this make??
Friendly people, expected services. Nothing fancy but reliable. Hours could be expanded but it is often empty when I go in so I am not surprised.
Closes too early
This bank is horrible do not put your money in this Bank you hand them a check of a substantial amount the girl snatches it out of my hand comes back with an attitude and tells me it will not be available for another 2 or 3 days once they have your money the smiles go away very rude so what I'm going to do is go back and take my money out and snatch it out of their hands they should be happy that people put money in their Bank not be miserable and act like they own the person's money this bank is horrible and it rates right ... read more
