Bad business. As soon as I opened the account, any help disappeared. The account was closed in 2 days after opening and not one person told me.
If I could give them 0 or negative star, I will. I went there to close my account around 12.30pm on Friday 07/11/25, with no customer at all at the window service. I talked to the lady at the window, she said someone will come to help me, I have to wait. I had been wait in for 15-20 mins. There were a few customers came to the window, and she helped them, but NOT me. I do know that when someone wants to close the account, the teller at the window will help with this, but not her. Poor service and rude costumer service.
In general costumer service is good But seems that last time my comment and suggestion was not important or taking it serious my FRECUENT ISSUE IS AS FOLLOW: I got my weekly check mostly Friday and its By INVESTORS BANK and when I got to the clerk They give me atitud (in a wise way)that it can't be cashed only deposit sometimes I have to argue strong to get a manager to finally cashed for me HOPEFULLY this time someone does something to fix this THANKS
