Raisa Rosa is an exceptional banker, it’s a pleasure doing business with her.
Bad business. As soon as I opened the account, any help disappeared. The account was closed in 2 days after opening and not one person told me.
If I could give them 0 or negative star, I will. I went there to close my account around 12.30pm on Friday 07/11/25, with no customer at all at the window service. I talked to the lady at the window, she said someone will come to help me, I have to wait. I had been wait in for 15-20 mins. There were a few customers came to the window, and she helped them, but NOT me. I do know that when someone wants to close the account, the teller at the window will help with this, but not her.
