I checked out several banks to set up estate funds. Banks I went to were either too busy to see me, not trained, or waiting for a customer. I was the only one in the bank! Last bank I met Erin. She said hello, and told me just a short wait and she would see me. I can't tell how nice this visit was. Very Happy, well respected, very friendly, well explained. Highly recommend. Literally the worst customer service I have encountered in my life. They took time to call me at work after I left to tell me I was being aggressive so I would have to call the 1800 number to get my problems fixed.
Always double check your rolled change you receive from this branch. They've given me multiple nickels in rolls of quarters I've gotten from here. I suggest opening any rolled change before leaving the teller if possible.
