Nice job posting bank hours! Not sure why you're closed at 2:30 on a friday. The lady inside who came out to look to see who was at the door could have offered some explanation, but instead chose to look at me, then turn around and go back inside of her office. Will be closing my accounts with citizens.
Not one to post reviews but after a few weeks I felt I needed to. I had a call with Dan a rude advisor that seemed to know more than everyone. I felt rushed through the entire process and chose to go a different route with my finances.
I checked out several banks to set up estate funds. Banks I went to were either too busy to see me, not trained, or waiting for a customer. I was the only one in the bank! Last bank I met Erin. She said hello, and told me just a short wait and she would see me. I can't tell how nice this visit was. Very Happy, well respected, very friendly, well explained. Highly recommend.
