Horrible bank and customer service went here to cash a check from my job where they bank from the girl behind the counter thinks she works in the FBI or something telling me that I could only go back to my job and ask them why they can’t cash The check makes no sense when I’m at the bank the check was issued from where my salary is paid from. I told her this is why I don’t bank here if you want to save yourself from a headache don’t go here. I didn’t get the girls name. Heavy set mid 30s

If I could give zero stars, I would. Every time I come in there it’s one person working. The machine never works, and if I need assistance with the machine, the one person can’t assist me.

Terrible service. I went to open business account ; rude service like three people couldn’t even get it done. Very slow service. Couldn’t even get my address and info right. I left without opening account. Going to close my personal account here too. Don’t bank with them, it’s not worth it.

This is a great bank for anyone looking to waste time and be inconvenienced. TD bank, Bank of America, and Chase are a great option if you don’t want to deal with confused / poorly trained bankers every time you need to visit the bank.

There is a very nice and helpful banker here named Raminder Tomar. She helped me beyond what was necessary and gave me benefits which I didn't expect. And she wasn't even the banker I opened my accounts with. She will now be my go-to for HSBC banking.
