Had to give one star to post... The tellers at this branch TALK way too much to customers ,(little old ladies) , when there's a line of people. The lady in front of me talked to the teller for five minutes, before her transaction.
There is always something wrong whether it be a cash machine or broken computer. The service is horrendous. And I have given them multiple chances. It’s worth going somewhere else!
Came in cuz all I wanted to do was open a savings account with a debit card, sat there and no one took care of me Absolutely ridiculous. Never again, also for some reason the bank decided to lock my account for inactivity. Well then! Don’t feel the need to mess with peoples accounts like that and expect the to stay with you guys and be customers so now I can’t get my money out of my frozen account! And also the owner needs better customer service on the phone. Absolutely not worth it
Worst branch if you need anything besides depositing or withdrawing. Updating because it deserves 1 star.
