I just went in this bank and sat with a woman Michelle for a very simple task. “Hi, my father has a bank account here and passed away so I’m giving you his death certificate to copy and close the account. His account is in the negative”. She says “are you the beneficiary or are you on the account? I say “no”. SHe says “again I’m sorry for your loss (again?) but I can’t give you anything then. I have dealt with this bank since it opened and have only had positive experiences there. The employees have only been friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Marygrace, who retired, was wonderful and now Angelo helps me whenever I need help. They have an excellent staff.

I needed a critical document notarized and, despite being a non-customer, Maria immediately assisted me with the process, free of charge, with incredible kindness and professionalism.
