Maria is a piece of work! NASTY attitude and would not let me speak. Tried explaining to her why my mother was denied for wanting to deposit a check made out to both me AND my mother into my individual account. My signature is on file and all they would need from my mother is her ID to verify signature and she said no. Called the bank to ask a few questions about their small business checking accounts - the girl who answered the phone (Maria) told me there was too much to discuss and I should come into the bank. I explained to her that before I made a trip into the bank - that I wanted to see if the bank could meet my needs (I had a list of 4 or 5 questions) - she just refused to discuss with me on the phone. On August 6, I visited the bank branch to make a deposit of $2500 in cash. However, after the teller processed the deposit, she informed me that only $2000 had been received. I was taken aback and decided to double-check the money myself. Upon counting, I confirmed that only $2000 was indeed there, although I was certain I had started with $2500.
