Called the bank to ask a few questions about their small business checking accounts - the girl who answered the phone (Maria) told me there was too much to discuss and I should come into the bank. I explained to her that before I made a trip into the bank - that I wanted to see if the bank could meet my needs (I had a list of 4 or 5 questions) - she just refused to discuss with me on the phone. On August 6, I visited the bank branch to make a deposit of $2500 in cash. However, after the teller processed the deposit, she informed me that only $2000 had been received. I was taken aback and decided to double-check the money myself. Upon counting, I confirmed that only $2000 was indeed there, although I was certain I had started with $2500.
