Unprofessional, rude, proved to be unable to assist with real banking issues other than your standard deposit or withdrawal
Celio was very unprofessional and rude, will not be banking with Citizens bank anymore!
Put your money in a better bank literally any other bank
The new bank manger is absolutely garbage Extremely petty and childish. Don’t put your money here they can’t /wont give you your own money back without 24 hr notice (even small amounts) and they also don’t communicate when they chose to close your account the only way you will find out is when your check return!!!
