I would say the location is great, you walk in and it's clean and feels spacious, there's a small waiting area to sit. It can be busy at times but that aside, as long as you have the patience, it's fine. The staff are wonderful and friendly. I only visit this branch primarily for Johnny, who's an exceptional account manager. He's been awesome at following up on my accounts and knowledgeable about client's needs and because of that I feel valued as a client at this location.

Location is great and staff are very friendly/understanding. Just don't come during lunch hour - they're severely understaffed (no joke) and there'll only be one person working counter, and another account manager. This location has helped answer my questions and fixed problems that other citizen branches have messed up on. I can't thank the staff here enough. But please hire more staff!
The employees was so rude. If I can give zero, I even want to give zero.
