I’d been banking with Citizens since the acquisition. I believe they handled the transition very well. I truly expected issues and experienced none. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. Lorraine is a veteran employee and always a complete pleasure. After banking with many different organizations over the years, big and small, I can honestly say that Citizens does a solid job when it comes to customer service satisfaction.
I had a business account and the closed it because a suspicious deposit. It was a legal deposit. The person that spoke to me was very ruin and didn’t bother checking if the where the deposit was coming from. She assumed it was fraudulent and close my account. I will not recommend this bank to any businesses!
Citizens Bank is the worst bank to deal with. They close my account for no reason at all.
Really amazing customer service! I know most people like to leave negative reviews for no reason, so here I am to balance the books, so to speak. I've been going to this branch location for many years and the changeover from HSBC has been pretty tough for everyone, but the people at this branch have done their absolute best to help me every time I'm in.
