Very disappointed, hidden fees, not honest.
This is the best Citizens Bank location. First, they helped me with regard to a new debit card. They printed it out and set up the new PIN number right away. I have been waiting almost two years. I've gone to different branches. They kept ordering it but it never arrived. Second, they helped me get new 100$ bills because I'll be traveling overseas, and some countries require new bills. Due to the location I have to do all my business banking at this branch. I have never not had to wait atleast 10 minutes EVERY time I go. Also the supermarket branches stay open late, this lovely branch closes at 4pm
Good people, bank is clean.
