Literally the worst bank ever. They automatically debited money from my accounts without notifying me. When I contacted their customer service, they had no answers and did not provide any helpful information. This is not a secure bank to keep your money. I would give zero stars if that was an option.
Bad experience. Went in to open a checking account after seeing promotional offer for a cash bonus. I got assigned to Didimo after 20 min of waiting who helped me open it. I asked very specifically about the conditions of the offer ($100 bonus) which he confirmed. During the application, he asked if I wanted to open a savings account. I asked if that was required for the bonus, to which he responded: no. Nice staff good service
Had a 8am appointment at this branch to open a 5.5CD. No one showed up. Came across another branch on 6th and 27th which had people in it and got shewed away thru the window trying to get someone’s attention. I’m closing my account and moving banks. Zero customer service
