Horrible bank shut down my account without notifying my paycheck lost! Took weeks to get paid! Avoid !

Literally the worst bank ever. They automatically debited money from my accounts without notifying me. When I contacted their customer service, they had no answers and did not provide any helpful information. This is not a secure bank to keep your money. I would give zero stars if that was an option.
Bad experience. Went in to open a checking account after seeing promotional offer for a cash bonus. I got assigned to Didimo after 20 min of waiting who helped me open it. I asked very specifically about the conditions of the offer ($100 bonus) which he confirmed. During the application, he asked if I wanted to open a savings account. I asked if that was required for the bonus, to which he responded: no.
