This is for citizens bank generally — not this locations fault. Do not use citizens as your bank, they will just make your life more difficult. I have a laundry list of issues with this bank, but I’ll keep it simple: avoid setting up an account here.
This is the worst branch ever.. no customer service whatsoever
I love coming to this branch. The service is amazing and quick. I had issues with my card. the banker was very helpful and resolved the issue. All the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. You feel very welcome!!!!!!
i work for a different banks fraud department and theres a 6 figure check ive been trying to verify and this branch hangs up on me. their company's customer service line charges you to verify checks LOL. The check was drawn from this bank absolute clown company to not want to verify a check that is potentially stealing from your company. I wouldve appreciated some customer service if you couldnt help tell me dont just hang up. Lazy workers
