Terrible they get an attitude when you call the store and customer service is not helpful at all
Id give zero if i could. Terrible customer service. Marcela the "manager" is a nightmare to deal with. Theres a bank on every corner no need to use this one!!!
My boy Justin is the best here. We had an issue that took a lot of time to sort but he was so nice and patient. Would definitely recommend him as a banker
Honestly one of the worst experiences my family has endured. Despite multiple forms of valid ID, and bringing my spouse who is also on the account, they refuse to help update my address or allow me access to my account. Went to NYC instead, where they agreed that the Hackensack branch doesn't understand what they're doing and were able to help without humiliation. Banked for 20 years with Citizens but this particular branch might end that.
