Derrick pommills is not at all competent in terms of assistance. I had an appointment with him to help settle a specific matter. Luckily, I had a phone appointment because he ended up cancelling according to Sherry, his assistant. I asked for another appointment a little later on and it was done. Never bank there. Have a few heavy lines with them and Veronica treated me as if I was a scammer.
