I had a great experience at the Citizens branch in White Plains. Manager Ramona runs a very professional and welcoming branch. She takes the time to make sure customers are well taken care of and that everything runs smoothly. Banker Elijah was also extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while assisting me. Great customer service loved it
I had an excellent experience at the Citizens Bank branch. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism, respect, and genuine kindness. The customer service was outstanding — the staff was knowledgeable, patient, and truly attentive to my needs.
Refused help, clearly because of my nationality. Went to Bank of America instead.
I would give citizens bank a zero if I could. I close an account with them it then takes almost 2 weeks to"officially" close the account. I needed a letter starting was closed immediately which they could not do. Closing an account had to be "approved" which took 3 or 4 days, then from that point it takes 7 -10 days to officially close the account, then they mail you a letter. They don't do anything quickly. So if like things done at a snails pace, use this bank cause that's what you'll get
