Worst bank I've ever worked with! They DO not treat customers like anything but trash! God forbid of you have more that 1 deposit to make!!!
I usually don’t write reviews but I need to hand Alan his flowers!!! He helped me with an issue with a double transaction with another bank I deal with and was so professional and fixed the issue for me in no time. What could have been a financial disaster for me was sorted out in just a few days. Thank you Alan!!!!
I work for a local business in Artic. I go to Citizens in Artic at least once a week. The people who work here are consistently friendly, polite, efficient, and professional. This area has a fairly large population of elderly and disabled, and the friendliness and patience shown by the people who work at this bank are truly meaningingful. Truly a community bank.
