I needed to get a document notarized and was able to simply walk in without an appointment. Hakim was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. The office itself was clean and inviting.
Horrible, horrible service. The teller was incredibly rude & made it feel like a burden to order a new card. I had to then come back for a later appointment & the branch was closed. I waited for 30 mins & had to walk to another branch. No call. No notice. The WORST
They pushed me to open a bank account for changing one dollar bill into quarts for the laundry machine. Definitely a sketchy behavior considering that I told them I was an exchange student. Fortunately I did not accept and the next bank was happy to change my dollar for free.
Very quick and friendly service. Understood my complicated situation and made a follow-up call to me to resolve it. Excellent customer service. Use this branch. Never use Harvard Sq or Coolidge Corner. Both are horrible.
