They told me I could not deposit my check in the back. So I went to other branch, they deposited my check with no problem.
I am a 15 year old kid from Central Massachusetts who was going into Boston for the day, I got off the commuter rail at Porter Sq. so I could catch the Red Line but I had to run to this Citizen's Bank (tight for time in a rush to a class) to get a $20.00 billl spit so I could put some money on my Charlie Card. I needed to get a document notarized and was able to simply walk in without an appointment. Hakim was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. The office itself was clean and inviting.
Horrible, horrible service. The teller was incredibly rude & made it feel like a burden to order a new card. I had to then come back for a later appointment & the branch was closed. I waited for 30 mins & had to walk to another branch. No call. No notice. The WORST
