1999 vfw parkway citizens bank is ridiculous I am disables and senior left me standing for 20 minutes to validate a check drawn on their bank and still refused to cash it...never contacted company to verify anything then wrote on front and back of check I'm a retired finance portfolio Manger and you don't write on acheck unless your cashing it I give them a 2 review only because they were somewhat warm when I entered
I was having difficulties accessing my accounts for the last 4 weeks. I am glad I met the banker Leon, he was so helpful. His patience and attentiveness helped sort out the issues that online customer service team could not.
U need an ID to make deposits at this location unlike others.
Some of the nicest people around -- friendly, efficient, really. great bank for personal and business banking. This is a real review.
Couldn’t give me change for a $20 just because I’m not a client. Why would I ever be interested in banking with you if you can’t even make this process easy?
