I went here to get a document notarized as a Citizen account holder. There wasn’t a single customer in the branch, yet they still refused to notarize my document. Instead, they told me I have to make an appointment next week for a simple notary — something that literally takes one minute. Absolutely ridiculous. Very bad service and a complete waste of time. Not recommended at all.
The door to the atm is boarded up. Run down spot.
1999 vfw parkway citizens bank is ridiculous I am disables and senior left me standing for 20 minutes to validate a check drawn on their bank and still refused to cash it...never contacted company to verify anything then wrote on front and back of check I'm a retired finance portfolio Manger and you don't write on acheck unless your cashing it I give them a 2 review only because they were somewhat warm when I entered
I was having difficulties accessing my accounts for the last 4 weeks. I am glad I met the banker Leon, he was so helpful. His patience and attentiveness helped sort out the issues that online customer service team could not.
U need an ID to make deposits at this location unlike others.
