HORRIBLE!! This was one of the most frustrating and poorly handled banking experiences I’ve had. I came in to resolve a simple issue and instead got wasted time, confusion, and a branch that clearly could not handle a basic banking task involving ID/photo verification. The staff were not able to resolve the issue at all. No clarity, no urgency, and no real problem-solving. Just delays and runaround. The teller I spoke to was very rude. I simply asked to be forwarded to a different department, and she refused. Telling me because I don't have my house paid off, I wouldn't be able to get the copy of the paper work needed to prove my residency. Then she gave me a number that wasn't at all helpful to what I needed. Then afterwards just hung up me. I get people have a bad day, but please don't take it out on strangers who are just trying to get through life. Bless her heart.

When I went to the bank, I am in the process of closing my account due to the decision to change grocery stores to NO TELLER virtual reality sites via an atm. I'm old school. Hannah was my teller today. I think someone may have called out. The woman has the communication skills of a CEO. I want to stay with Citizens due to Hannah and my initial experience getting my 17 yr old's account with Sabina, who has also been so nice over the few years since I started my account, and salvaged from my disappointment of moving to tech, ... read more
