The teller I spoke to was very rude. I simply asked to be forwarded to a different department, and she refused. Telling me because I don't have my house paid off, I wouldn't be able to get the copy of the paper work needed to prove my residency. Then she gave me a number that wasn't at all helpful to what I needed. Then afterwards just hung up me. I get people have a bad day, but please don't take it out on strangers who are just trying to get through life. Bless her heart.

When I went to the bank, I am in the process of closing my account due to the decision to change grocery stores to NO TELLER virtual reality sites via an atm. I'm old school.
