When I went to the bank, I am in the process of closing my account due to the decision to change grocery stores to NO TELLER virtual reality sites via an atm. I'm old school. The guy in the back, for appointments and accounts is quite friendly. The tellers were fine. Citizen's is almost always a quiet, decent experience. My favorite location before covid and moving was the one in Upper Darby on the edge of Lansdowne. The tellers were so kind and friendly! The best teller in the Norristown area recently got a better job from the one in Giant on Trooper, she was super nice. The guy in the back for that one was great too but they switched staff. First off their phone connection is so bad it can not be used. Secondly, I have been using Citizens for around 35 years. They recently acted like I was a burden when I had a question on my balance. They hate their customers.
