Very kind and nice people inside. Went in for a new card, system was down, sent me a new one allegedly and hasn't gotten in after almost 2 weeks. Never had it that hard to get a debit card back ever.
Been with this Bank for years, went to vestal and was treated like a criminal . Used my debit card to pay on credit card with passcode. Would not except . people there have egos. Switching banks
