Citizens Bank has an archaic, discriminatory rule. When you try to look up your tax statements showing your interest online and it isn’t in your document center, and then you spend time contacting customer service to find out that even though we have wealth accounts and all of which are joint accounts, they consider me a secondary signer (the female spouse).
