Citizens Bank has an archaic, discriminatory rule. When you try to look up your tax statements showing your interest online and it isn’t in your document center, and then you spend time contacting customer service to find out that even though we have wealth accounts and all of which are joint accounts, they consider me a secondary signer (the female spouse). The female manager of the Havertown Manoa branch treated her customers So badly!The service is very poor 👎, there was no problem in the first wire transfer and it arrived in the account within five minutes, and the second wire transfer did not arrive in the account for three days, so I ran to the bank and asked her what was wrong, but she said she didn't know, I checked the second transfer information with the first transfer information and found that the transfer postscript was not filled in, which resulted in my money not... read more

I wired money here three times. The first two times, the same process was followed and the money arrived in five minutes. But the third time, I waited for three days but it didn't arrive. After checking, it was found that this lady was not rigorous in her work and didn't fill in enough information. This caused our loss. When we were explaining our reasons, another female manager came in. I asked her what her name was, and she asked me rudely what my name was. This made my experience at this bank very unpleasant.

After chatting with a customer service rep, they assured me my account was closed and that it takes 60-90 days(so the account holder can download any necessary statements) for that to reflect on the online banking portal. It sure would have been nice if that was explained to me at the branch. I requested paper documentation that my account was closed be mailed to me. Will update review if that does not arrive.
