I came today to open a new bank account. The process was smooth and easy. Great level of professionalism and friendliness as well.

They obviously don't properly check drivers license or identification when dealing with customers accounts. Someone walked in and withdrew money straight out of my account. I live in florida. Absolutely horrendous. Going through the fraud process now. Depending on the outcome, might switch banks all together.
Retired from Medical Mutual in 2020, just missed the convenience of having a Citizens Bank close to the job. Rest assured, I'm close to a branch in my neighborhood!
