I've been banking with citizens bank since 2005 and been using this location since about 2009 this is hands down the best branch I've banked at I've never had any problems here all the employees are excellent and provide good information to me. My guy Tuan has taken care of me and my businesses for yearsv
After 20+ years with the bank, they dropped me as a customer because someone used my account to steal money from them and expect me to pay them back, worst customer service ever!
Awesome folks at citizens and they show their professional work ethics.
The staff here are irresponsible to customers, especially Tuan Nguyen.
