After 20+ years with the bank, they dropped me as a customer because someone used my account to steal money from them and expect me to pay them back, worst customer service ever!

The staff here are irresponsible to customers, especially Tuan Nguyen.
I can’t believe it. I guess the card not printing must be a recurring issue. Never have I seen anything like this. The day before thanksgiving I go to get new card, and told printer is not printing as well. Never had this problem in Quincy. They refer me to Stop and Shop I go there cause I already wasted 30 minutes of my break there, I drive there to find out there is no branch there just an ATM. What a wild goose chase. I’m ashamed and embarrassed for Citizens. What bad customer service and advice.
Came in to get a new debit card printed. Was told card printer wasn’t working. Inconvenient.
