Going on 4 days of being a bank with no cash, absolutely pathetic.
I should have reviewed this crappy company and this weird employee years ago. I went in to open an account. Dealt with Robbin Dennis. She claims she has worked there for years but she had no clue. Not a people person. A robot. Rude. I will never go back to Citizens again. I cant wait for actual bank sites to go out of business and close up. Dealing with people like her is why I hate going to banks. I have a nice credit union now. Much better.
Having a bank that closes at 4 is such a pain. Always closed when you need something done. Going digital 24/7 banking.
