Shilpi was absolutely useless. She held me in her office for a half an hour, after close, to tell me "sorry nothing we can do" when setting up an account. Absolute horrible branch.

Worst Bank Ever! They locked me out of my account and took my money. Don't trust them.
My experience with this bank has been very poor. The staff was rude, lazy and ultimately incompetent. When i gave them instructions from my loan officer to do a wire transfer ( which he had written down word for word on what to do in very easy steps ) they asked me to to do their job and try and figure out what everything meant. And on top of that after opening an account 2 weeks prior with the same individual they had no idea who i was and if i had an account there. This branch location is horrible. It used to be good when it was inside Kroger, and they had better tellers. Now the tellers that work here aren’t very bright and lazy. I opened a new student checking account a month ago at the bank. I asked if I would receive free checks because of this promotion they have. The lady confirmed that I would receive free checks mailed to me. It has been a month.
