Stay away! I have never left a review for a bank before but i had such a bad experience. Everyone at the bank is just rude and follows different rules. For example manager never had issue sharing transfer info with me over the phone but spoke to Melanie she did not share any info and was rude and hang up on me. Their tech on the app is useless and their transfers take forever to go through to any other bank. The Citizens Bank Princeton Branch Manager Miguel Minetti is a hostile person. I had a very unsavory interaction with him and found his demeanor threatening, prompting me to contemplate closing our accounts with Citizens. I found it really surprising because the rest of the staff in that branch and in other Citizens Bank branches I've visited are decent and helpful. Minetti should not be allowed anywhere close to a customer unless Citizens wants a lawsuit.
I opened my account with them for the first time the ladys there are amazing they explained detail by detail didn't have to work for a debit card it was done rightnon the spot they always are friendly and have a big smile on their faces everyday
