Keep locking my atm card for no reason.
Drive up teller was quick, efficient and nice. So much easier when you have small children instead of lugging them inside
Not one employee acknowledged me. Just a simple greeting goes a long way. I would rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to a different branch. I will be calling to speak to who ever oversees the branch because this seems to be a constant problem.
The lady that took care of me wasn't the most pleasing n rushing. I Wan canceling and reopening account
The teller took my check, never deposited it and now they can’t find it. Never again with Citizens. You’d be better off leaving your money with a homeless person. This mishap has financially screwed me. Thanks Citizens!
