Terrible place except for the young black kid that sits at desk when you first walk in. He is friendly, kind, funny and very respectful. The lady at the other desk Robin I think is very disrespectful and short. I hate this bank the one down the road is a little better. They are always to busy to take care of you except when I opened my account. Today I went to three Banks to do a wire transfer was refused at this one and the other two I had no luck either one was busy one said that her wire pin was down.
Do NOT use the ATM at this location! They have a skimmer on their atm and $300 was stolen from my card. June 2026
The reason why I am writing is because today I was trying to wire money, however they made me wait about 25 minutes, after they came in told me it was 4:30 and they couldn’t wire anything. So I also tryed drawing money this morning but they told go to an atm. I never seen a bank with so rude coustmer service. Please, I mean it, don’t come here. I will be closing my account soon.
