I have been a customer for over 20 years. Your bill pay upgrade is a complete disaster. I spent several hours getting everything set up again. It was a painful experience. Kicked out constantly. The new interface is garbage. You have taken something that worked perfectly and destroyed it. It takes more clicks to do everything. The simple list, on the right side of the screen, of bills scheduled to be paid and the ones that have been paid needs to be reinstated ASAP! Horrible experience. Only good worker was the young man. Older woman was very rude and didn't want to do her job. I would hope a bank like this could provide higher quality service but I guess not.
