Don't go to citizens Bank to cash their own check they will not honor it they will give you a $7 fee
Atm wasn't working, went into lobby bc I needed cash quickly. Manager extremely rude, didn't apologize. 1 teller working and he's helping him. Terrible, awful experience. I worked in banking for 10 years. Work on your customer service skills please. A bank like this doesn't deserve my thousands I keep there.
Terrible branch manager & service. After opening several accounts, I arrived for my appointment within 5 minutes of scheduled time, and had to wait 40 minutes, with no acknowledgement except a nod from the banker. After waiting all this time, I approached the branch manager who walked away saying he had no time to talk to me. I don't mind waiting, but I do expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. The new Caldwell manager is terrible. Worst customer service ever. I have been banking with Investors now Citizens for over 15 years. I couldn't access my account after they transitioned and the manager told me to call customer service instead of fixing the problem himself. Luckily another branch manager was able to help.
I found this branch of Investors to be very helpful and friendly staff. They take care of their customers.
