Good service and good staff
The bank as a whole has terrible service. I had called the 800 number because I misplaced m debit card. I told the rep that I needed the replacement fast. She assured me she would "expedite" it and I would have it in 1 - 3 business days. When I called to check the status, I was told she put it in for regular processing, so it would be about a week (5 - 7 BUSINESS DAYS) The rep I spoke to that time was condescending and acted like it was no big deal, and would not let me speak to a supervisor (he claimed too suddenly be one).... read more
bank charger service charge $ 9.99 by not deposit money every month in account ,this is un acceptable and charges without any notice to me.
