The staff…wow. 10 minutes was more than enough here for me to end a 23 year term using this bank. Rude, not knowledgable, and aggressive when you ask questions. Management at this location is a driving factor. Any small businesses should be wary. A lot of better options out there.

I have had accounts with Citizens Bank, opened at the Needham branch, for more than two decades. The service has been mediocre on average, with some tellers and bank managers being decent while others are condescending sales-people who have tried to bully me into accounts with higher fees that i will not use. I appreciate that they offer, as many banks do, free notary service.
