The staff…wow. 10 minutes was more than enough here to push me to end a 23 year term using this bank. A weight has been lifted. A lot of better options out there.
I have had accounts with Citizens Bank, opened at the Needham branch, for more than two decades. The service has been mediocre on average, with some tellers and bank managers being decent while others are condescending sales-people who have tried to bully me into accounts with higher fees that i will not use. I appreciate that they offer, as many banks do, free notary service. Failing over and over again, I'm on a 4th card now that doesn't work out of the gate and they have no idea how to get it working, thanks for wasting everyone's time on a debit card CB!
I always get good service from them. I'm not sure where all the negativity in other reviews comes from.
