Made a monthly payment to a corporate loan account thru their drive up teller. Teller erroneously credited payment to a credit card (with a zero balance) that had been closed for over a decade. I didn’t notice this mistake until I received a late fee charge on my subsequent loan statement. Not sure how such a mistake could possibly happen but only further confirms that I need to move all banking from this institution.

John was great 👍. He let us in 5 minutes earlier than they opened so we could create new accounts for my wife and I while the manager entertained our 4 year old daughter 😀
I closed my account, tried to use my debit card and got flagged for fraud, hilarious considering I had to show id for my transaction. I was not able to complete my order that day. Closed my account the following day. Can't trust them to take care of my money and financial needs. They say it's for my protection but in truth, it's to protect them.
