I’m not one to write negative reviews but I’m so disappointed by how I was treated by this bank. I opened a money market account at a rate of 3.59% AYP that, without any communication, was transitioned to a different type of account at .04% AYP. When I addressed this with the manager of the bank I was assured that it would be taken care of and that it would be resolved within a few days. They said I’d hear from them in a few days.
