Came in to open an account and Kathryn was not pleasant, as I was trying to explain to her my situation she kept cutting me off, very rude and nasty she was not trying to be helpful or help me in any kind of way and it seemed like she didn’t even want to help me open an account. I’ve been to capital one and Bank of America and even THEY were kinder to me in the past. Manager is on personal with phone in office all the time refuses to help. Babbi and the other women refuse service to customers... The happen three times .. maganer SASSI is like go away ... Not willing to give any information
Kamini was super helpful and kind. I came to withdraw some money since i was capped from the ATMs. She explained promotions citizens was having and quickly helped me with my withdrawal as well.
Kathryn Lau is very helpful, I always receive her call and reminder CD rate. All of opened CD just because of her call. Very positive work attitude. Nice job. Love it. Overall 10/10!
DO NOT USE CITIZENS BANK FOR YOUR MORTGAGE. DIDNT PAY MY PROPERTY TAXES OR PROPERTY INSURANCE OUT OF MY ESCROW ACCOUNT. TOOK 9 MONTHS TO CLOSE AND HAD A LIEN FROM MY TOWNSHIP AS THEY DIDNT PAY OUT TWICE IN THE FIRST YEAR OF MY NEW HOME MORTGAGE. HAD TO REFIANIANCE TO SWITCH MY MORTGAGE TO ROCKET MORTAGE WHICH IS THE BEST. LOANER BEWARE!!!!!
