I went today to open up a business bank account for my LLC.I didn’t know I was missing documents and the manager explain to me very kindly informatively on exactly what I needed. I can’t wait to go back next week and make my deposit.
I am a longtime customer of this bank when it was HSBC at a different location in Franklin Square. This location is a newer building with a better layout. All of the staff here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My favorite teller, Cindy always provides me with excellent customer service and has been that way at the former location. I would recommend this particular location to anyone that chooses to have Citizens Bank for their banking needs.
